I'm a B2C growth consultant and fractional CMO with 20+ years in the trenches of consumer growth.

I spent 6 years at Wise (formerly TransferWise) as Performance Marketing Director, helping scale from startup to 10 million customers, £54 billion in annual transfers, and a $11 billion IPO on the London Stock Exchange—the first direct tech listing in UK history.

Before Wise, I led performance marketing at HouseTrip, growing it from seed stage into Europe's largest holiday rental platform with 300,000+ properties before its acquisition by TripAdvisor.

I've also led growth at Lightyear (early-stage fintech) and worked across education, e-commerce, media, recruitment, and social platforms. Seed-stage startups with three people. £500M+ revenue businesses preparing for public markets. Everything in between.

My background is hands-on. I've built and led marketing teams of 100+ people. Run eight-figure acquisition budgets across paid search, paid social, SEO, affiliates, display, price comparison, email, CRM, and offline. I know what it takes to build these functions from zero, hire the right people, and make them work together.

Why I do this

I genuinely enjoy working with founders and growth teams who are building something new. Every business is different. Every problem is a puzzle. I get to help with what I've learned, and I get exposed to new ideas and industries along the way.
